Sacred Unfolding: A Morning of Creativity and Peace

Welcome to my sacred space at Metaphysical Mom, where I share the sacred unfolding of life’s mysteries through metaphysical tools, nature’s wisdom, and spiritual truths to navigate life’s mysteries. This morning, during my quiet time, I was gifted with a tapestry of insights—messages from tarot, animal wisdom, scripture, and stillness—that I’m excited to share with you. This morning’s sacred unfolding began with my tarot cards. Here’s how it unfolded and what it’s inspiring me to create.

Sacred Unfolding

Tarot’s Story: Past, Present, and Future

I began by pulling three tarot cards, each illuminating a chapter of my journey:

  • Past: Eight of Cups – A call to abandon what no longer serves. I see a time when I walked away from a disappointing situation—perhaps one laden with material accumulations that glittered but left my soul unfulfilled. It was time to seek deeper, truer goals.
  • Present: King of Pentacles – Here I stand now, rooted in great success and wealth, not just for myself but for others. This card speaks of financial wisdom, a steady hand that cultivates abundance and shares it generously.
  • Future: The Magician – A thrilling glimpse ahead: manifestation, power, creativity, and resourcefulness. This card bridges the ethereal and terrestrial realms, assuring me that the resources I need—both seen and unseen—are at my fingertips. It’s a green light to move forward with an idea that’s been simmering in my heart.

Animal Wisdom: The Spider’s Web

Next, I drew an animal wisdom card: the Spider. She whispered of infinite possibilities in creation, her web a reminder of the illusions we weave in the physical world. Too often, we’re caught in these threads, blind to the dimensions beyond. The Spider urges decisiveness—calling forth the feminine energy of the creative force. “Create, create, create!” she insists. “Notice the opportunities at the outskirts of your web, and don’t miss the expansiveness of the eternal plan.”

Reflection: A Call to Create

Pausing here, the message crystallized: look forward, not back. The past taught me what to release; the present equips me with abundance; the future beckons me to manifest. I feel a surge of inspiration to craft a vision of a fulfilling life—one where I monetize this website by sharing my passions: growing vegetables, landscaping, sustainable farming, and DIY projects. As I scribbled these thoughts, my phone flashed 10:10—a synchronicity echoing John 10:10, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” It feels like a divine nudge to capture more photos, to share this journey visually. The resources—tangible and ethereal—are here, ready to support me.

A Sabbath Prayer for Peace

I then turned to a daily Bible-based app, which gifted me this: “O Lord God, grant your peace to me, for you have supplied me with all things—the peace of rest, the peace of the Sabbath which has no evening.” The accompanying reflection invited me to hold moments that threaten my peace before the Lord, clenching them in my fists, then gradually opening my palms in a Sabbath prayer. I love this image—unclenching, releasing, inviting peace to settle in its place.

Benediction and Meditation

I closed with a benediction to myself: I grant myself this peace. And so it is. Then, in meditation, with calm ambient music and gentle nature sounds as my companions, I visualized my fists unclenching—letting go of what robs my peace, welcoming it fully as I step into my day.
